Requirements

Education: BA Degree in Management or related field

Work Experience:

• 4 + years (Related work experience)
• · experience in baseline assessments, monitoring, permitting, and working collaboratively with organs to complete projects successfully;
• · Analyzes relevant consumer research and understand Brand consumer needs, habits and practices.
• Fully understand market changes and consumer purchase data;
• Develops Brand building ideas;
• · excellent reporting, writing, communication and leadership qualities;
• · strong project management, problem solving ability and prioritization qualities;
• · supervision experience and aptitude for employees under her/his supervision;
• · Monitors agency performance and helps build strong agency relations resulting in faster and higher quality results;
• Co-operates with Sales Department on alignment of sales promotions, distribution objectives, etc.
