Job Summary

A Safety and Security Division Head is responsible for managing all aspects of safety and security for assigned property to deliver a safe and secured customer experience while assisting in investigations and liaising with local enforcement officials when necessary and managing overall safety and risk management processes. He/she is responsible for implementing all safety and security policies at field level together with the Emergency Safety and Security Officer. In addition, responsible for preparing daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and properly recorded. Ensures all staff are adequately briefed and familiar with security plans, and manages any incident reporting Plan, manage and lead system-wide property safety and security initiatives, including staff and customer safety, injury prevention, ergonomics, incident tracking, investigation, security assessments, emergency preparedness, training, and Legal compliance.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Management or Military Science or Recognized Security Certification and Advanced training and certificate on safety management from recognized institution.
• Minimum 5 years as Security Manager/ Head experience in High level hotel or large company, After formal withdrawal of Military service.
• Fluency in English in both written and spoken.
• Capability to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromises always is essential.
