Job Description

Job Summary

  • Clean all assigned guestrooms to standard
  • Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
  • Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
  • Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management

Job Requirement

Qualifications: Diploma or certificate Hotel Operation At least Minimum 2 years Hotel Experience

Additional Requirements: Certificate of Competency (COC) is an advantage where relevant.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
