Under the authority of the Retail Sales Manager, the Retail Sales Territory Manager:

• Ensures Service Stations comply to the TOTAL health, safety, environment and quality (HSEQ) standards and policies
• Manages the commercial aspects of Station Operator (Dealer) contracts
• Analyze the financial situation and the financial risk of Dealers
• Manages trade receivables and collects unpaid invoices
• Prepares profit/loss statement of service stations
• Study and propose to Management to develop new services at Total Service stations
• Improve customer service and improve profitability of Service Stations
• Study & propose new business developments in line with the company’s short and long-term plans
• Coordinate, develop and supervise the policies of TOTAL Top Services
• Interface with the Maintenance unit to ensure station equipment smoothly functions
• Prospect Abyssinia Fuel Card customers and increase rate of penetrations
• Train Service Station management and staff
• Recommend company investments to enhance area/territory profitability, including: Acquisition of potential /new sites and Facility upgrade on existing sites.
• Evaluate stations sales performance against agreed targets and forward monthly sales analysis report to the division manager.
• Liaises closely with concerned departments/cross a functional unit with respect to maintenance, supply, legal and other related issues.
