Job Requirements:

• To be a successful candidate you shall have a minimum Degree in Civil Engineering, with relevant experience in building project construction supervision and contract administration works; experience in the Airport project will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering from recognized university
• Experience as Project Manager or Resident Engineer in managing or administering of building (Multiuse building, Malls, Hospitals …) projects representing any of the three parties in construction contracts
• Experience in building construction and /or design projects
• At least 5 years specific experience in construction supervision and contract administration project
• Have good Knowledge and experience in the engineering field to make schedules accordingly
• Excellent interpersonal, good written and verbal communication skills
• Possess supervisory skills to coach and motivate staff

Language:

• Fluent in writing and speaking both English and Amharic language
• Somali language is advantageous
