Qualification:

• Masters Master’s degree in gender studies, sociology, social work, or relevant social science field
• At least two years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, analysis/evaluation, documentation, and information
• management and report writing skills
• Strong understanding of gendered research methodologies; knowledge on Asset-Based Community Development approach have added value
• High proficiency in spoken and written Amharic and English languages
