Job Description


Duties and Responsibilities

The Regulatory affairs and logistics officer will be working under the technical manager. Main duties and responsibilities will be:

  • Be responsible to provide technical, administrative and regulatory support to the technical manager.
  • Provide regulatory support to marketed products to ensure EFDA’s regulatory compliance status.
  • Guide and follow up with manufacturers to ensure the preparation and submission documents as per EFDA’s requirements.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the technical manager
  • Responsible for the proper receiving, handling and storage of incoming, outgoing, recalled, returned or expired products.
  • Ensure safe and appropriate storage of pharmaceutical products.
  • Periodically segregate and record damaged and expired products
  • Supervise the store keeper
  • Carryout other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

  • Education: Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy  from a recognized university
  • Experience: 2-3 years and in pharmaceuticals, Medical Supplies and Equipment Importer or manufacturer
