Job Summary:
We are looking for a meticulous, experienced Registration Officer to oversee the registration of imported medicines with relevant government authorities. This individual will ensure that all pharmaceutical products comply with local regulations, maintain proper documentation, and navigate approval processes efficiently and accurately.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Prepare, submit, and track documentation required for the registration of imported pharmaceuticals.
  • Liaison with Authorities: Communicate directly with regulatory bodies and government offices, promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring timely approvals.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain updated records, product dossiers, certificates, and licenses, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant with current regulations.
  • Quality Assurance: Work closely with the procurement and quality teams to verify that imported medicines meet safety, quality, and labeling requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline registration processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Stay Informed: Continuously update knowledge of local and international regulatory guidelines and communicate changes to the relevant internal departments.

About You

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in registering medicines or handling regulatory affairs in the pharmaceutical sector is a must.
  • Familiarity with government regulations, application procedures, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with external regulators and internal teams.
