Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager

• Identify sales leads, collect information from leads and prospective clients, educate clients about your products, provide product demonstrations, and close sales deals.
• Provide support to regional sales Agents to sales more
• Identify market opportunities proactively and propose long and short term sales goals
• Make sure our products are reaching to last corner and visible to customers
• Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs
• Oversee sales and special promotions
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues
• Cultivate relationships with existing clients to secure their future business
• Utilize customer service and negotiation skills to close deals
• Use CRM software and update database regularly
• Develop customers database who are found in the region
• Do weekly reporting

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 1st Degree in business related education
• Three + years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG industry
• Strong communications skills
• Have Knowledge of the area
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitasking
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in teams from remote
• Live in Bahr Dar

Duty station:

• You will be responsible to supervise Bahr Dar, Gondar, Debre markos and around markers
• You will be responsible to supervise Dessie, Kombolcha, Kemisse, woldia and around markers
