Job Description


The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

1. Recruiting and Hiring: Building a high-performing regional sales team from the ground up.
2. Training and Development: Conducting training sessions and ongoing coaching for the sales team.
3. Strategy Development: Creating and implementing innovative marketing and sales strategies for the region.
4. Reporting: Preparing and submitting detailed weekly sales and activity reports.
5. Performance Management: Assigning clear sales quotas and targets to team members.
6. Sales Execution: Leading the team to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
7. Assess new markets and initiate to hire new regional sales persons in new areas

About You

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
· Minimum of three years of experience in a real estate marketing or sales department.
