Job Requirement

• BA degree or above in Social psychology, sociology, social work or other relevant disciplines in social science;
• A minimum of 4 years relevant work experience in implementing social and health related projects preferably in an NGO setting/ EU funded ones;

Required Competencies:

• Comprehensive knowledge and proven work experience in project cycle management such as conducting needs assessment, stakeholder analysis, and acquaintance with project planning, monitoring and evaluation tools…etc.
• Clear understanding of the concepts of irregular migration and sustainable reintegration support mechanisms; standard operating procedures of an integrated approach to reintegration related to return migration; as well as international and national proclamations and legislative documents relevant to irregular migration, return migration an reintegration;
• Proven experience in provision and supervision of psycho-social & health care and other human service needs of the returning Ethiopian migrants or other vulnerable groups of a society; establishing service referral networks; and managing programme interventions such as business start –up, training, education and job placement…etc.
• Knowledge and practical work experience in the assessment, planning, monitoring and linking returnees or other vulnerable groups of a society with referral and support services.
• Other skills like computer skills, strong writing & reporting skills and efficiency in English & other local languages;

Languages: Good command of written and spoken English
