Role Overview:

Quadrant Innovation is seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Manager to oversee branch operations across the region. This strategic role demands effective management of multiple branches and close collaboration with Financial Institutions. The potential candidate will bring strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and fluency in Tigirigna, Amharic, and English to ensure seamless operations and successful integration with bank services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the region.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth integration of services and alignment with Company standards.
  • Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve regional targets and streamline operations.
  • Develop and manage the regional operational budget, focusing on cost control and resource optimization.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key bank contacts to support mutual objectives and enhance service offerings.
  • Implement and oversee quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including banks, microfinance institutions, businesses, and potential clients.
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships and collaborations to enhance our market presence and service offerings.
  • Represent Quadrant Innovation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote our brand and generate leads.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational activities to management team.

Employment Type: Permanent

Requirements:

Educational Level: Bachelor’s degree (BA) or MBA in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services sector, including regional or multi-branch management experience.

Languages: Fluency in Tigirigna, Amharic, and English is required.

Expertise: In-depth understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory compliance, with a focus on strategic and operational improvements and MFI opertaions.

Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to manage operations and collaborate effectively with banking partners.
