JOB SUMMARY

Under, the consent of the Department manager Plan, Coordinate, facilitate various recruitments, placements, HRIS, promotion, transfer of the company, prepares periodic reports. Responsible for improving the productivity of the organization’s employees. Assess companywide manpower needs to fulfill manpower and address grievance and identifies suitable training solutions for employees. Creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate and enhance performance and recognize  performance.

JOB REQUIREMENT

Educational & Work Experience Requirements: BA in Human Resource Management/ management of study or related field. 10 years and above experience out of which 4 years on supervisory position
