We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage our full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates.

 Responsibilities:

•  Design and updating job descriptions.
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn and others).
• Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
• Arrange interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person).
• Advertise job openings MODETH page, social media, job boards, and internally.
• Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
• Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
•  Assist senior HR team members and contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications: 

•  A bachelor’s degree in Management or any other related fields.
•  Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
• At least 2 years of experience as an HR recruiter or in a related position.

Experience:

2-3 years of proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
