o    Tajir Real Estate is a company engaged in Real Estate construction and related business. Accordingly, the primary duties and responsibilities of the Receptionist are:-

Receptionist primary duties and Responsibilities

According to the given directives of the company the front desk, receptionist ensures sound office ethics and a high level of external and internal customer satisfaction.


  • Greeting and receive  all visitors at the desk by a warm greeting

·         Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately.

  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
  • Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail.

·         Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis

  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system.

·         Serve as the face of the company, offering friendly service to those entering the building or calling in on the phone

  • Maintain the reception area, keeping it clean and free of clutter
  • Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
  • Accept deliveries and mail, organize them to be distributed to the correct recipients using the office mailing system and ensure they get to the recipient in a timely manner while also managing outgoing mail and packages for pickup
  • Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories.
  • Transferring calls as necessary
  • Performing ad-hoc administration duties
  • Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies)

·         Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment, and furniture

  • Handle filing and data entry as requested
  • Perform duties assigned by supervisors/managers

Job Requirements

Job Skills, Qualification, and Requirement

Gender   . . . . . . . . . Only Female

–          College Diploma/Degree in business administration/Sales & Marketing/ Social              Studies + 2 years of experience

–          Excellent written and oral communication skills required

–          Highly organized and detail-oriented

–          Experience using a multi-line phone system preferred

–          Knowledge of Microsoft Office a plus
