Job Description


BIOS Engineering & Trading PLC is an Information & Communication Technology (ICT) business firm that provides a wide range of IT products and services to various institutions and enterprises that support them automate, modernize & digitalize their business operations with established partnership with giant ICT companies worldwide and pool of specialized staff engineers, and broad technical expertise.

 

Position Description

The Receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests of the organization.

 

Key Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts him/her to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
  • Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
  • Performs basic filing and recordkeeping.
  • Assist executive administration personnel and coordinate front desk assignments

 

Salary: Negotiable but Attractive

About You

Required Qualifications and Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Management, Communications, or a related field is required.
  • Certification in Customer Service and or Relationship management
  • At least 2 Years of related experience.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills. (English Language proficiency is Mandatory)
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
