Job Summary

Provides a full range of secretarial and Reception administration functions; performs tasks of secretarial work, clerical, typing and stenographic duties; routes incoming and outgoing mails; handles Reception & guest room supplies; prepares appointment schedules for client, controlling  ,& administer phone call, income ,outgoing letter Document & minor administrative details.

Job Requirement

Education and Work Experience: Diploma in Secretory science  Management  or BA  in business administration, secretary management, economics, accounting, finance, and related Field

Experience:  4 years  for Diploma 2 years’ for BA

Place of Work: Addis Ababa Head office
