Job Summary

The Real Estate Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting company real estate projects, generating qualified leads, and arranging appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential property buyers and investors.
• Introduce real estate projects, prices, and payment plans.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Schedule site visits and meetings for sales agents.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Follow up with interested clients and provide updates.
• Meet daily call targets and performance goals.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
• Customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills and data entry ability.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
