Job Description


Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales staff and assisting in generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in real estate sales and management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping clients find their dream home.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the sales team closely on a daily basis
  • Help the team in generating leads through different channels and work on the follow-ups
  • prepare sales and marketing strategies
  • prepare sales report
  • help in setting a sales goal
  • Conduct property showings with the sales staff when necessary and provide guidance to the sales team on the selling process
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the real estate market trends and changes
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful transactions
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand knowledge and network

Qualifications:

  • 2 years as a sales consultant and 2 or more years in a Supervisory position
  • Proven track record of success in real estate sales
  • Strong managerial skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market and trends
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred)
