Job brief

• Provide guidance and assist buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation process, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, etc.)
• Review purchase contracts to ensure terms are met
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services

Requirements

• BA Degree in Marketing Management
• 1-2 years’ experience as a sales consultant in a real estate company
• Effective verbal and written skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including word, Excel, Power point
• Tactfulness, telecommunications, and outstanding customer service skills
