Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage real estate projects from the initial stage through to final completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants to ensure that project designs meet the required standards and client expectations.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Identify required roles from construction workers, engineers, architects, real-estate marketing and other teams

Requirements

Qualifications/Skills

• BSc Degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Project Manager in the well- known real estate industry.
• Extensive knowledge of construction processes from initial design to project completion.
