Responsibilities

• Prepare detail quantities of works/prepare bill of quantities for project execution & payment request.
• · Review of bill of quantities based on original/revised design and working drawings
• · Follow materials delivery and requirement balance sheet based on the project’s requirement
• · Prepare materials quantities and delivery report on monthly, weekly and daily basis.
• Notify any design changes and effect on cost.

Job Requirements

• · BSC in Civil Engineering /Construction technology and management or related fields
• · 5 years or more in quantity surveying works
• · 3 years or more as quantity surveyor in building construction
