POSITION SUMMARY

Quality assurance and Control Manager is responsible for approving incoming materials, process production, analysing raw materials and finished feed quality, Reporting Research Results, Documentation, Promoting Process Improvement, Safety Management, Managing Processes, Manufacturing Methods and Procedures, Supports Innovation and overall Operations audit.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
• Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating required adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work.
• Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.
• Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs.
• Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives on matters pertaining to quality and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
• Develop Establish, and Maintain Processes Manage product non-conformances to insure customer satisfaction.
• Establish quality and reliability by reviewing product and raw materials
• Conduct product inspection, inspection certification and delegation programs.
• Maintain product quality documentation system by writing and updating QA procedures.
• Enforce QA policies and procedures.

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering and related filed
• Full professional qualification is desirable.

Experience: (6) years of experience
