Job description

  • Evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, and preparing reports
  • Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Enter order details into the internal database
  • Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
  • Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analysis
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
  • Stay to date with industry trends.

Job Requirements

Required skillset

  • Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices
  • Experience with purchasing software
  • Understanding of supply change procedures
  • Analytical skills, ability to create financial reports and conduct cost analysis
  • Negotiating skills
  • Time management skills
  • Multitasking
  • Detail-oriented
  • Effective computer skills with Microsoft office, excel and word
  • Proficient in English
  • Willing to learn and adapt
  • Trustworthiness and commitment


  • BA in logistics, business administration or related fields
