Job Summery

Property Manager is an integral part of the team that provides for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of The Place Luxury Living, as well as the ongoing preservation of the facilities and services. The property manager is called upon to function in the following areas: 1) establishing and promoting people centric environment 2) be available to residents & assist with their needs, 3) acting as a liaison for the property owners, 4) undertaking administrative responsibilities, 5) promoting a positive work & living atmosphere at The Place Luxury Living, and 6) interpreting and enforcing the place luxury living Lease Agreement and policies.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years and above previous experience as General Manager with background of Revenue Management, Room Division Management and related.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to property management.
• Financial management and reporting skills.
