Job Summary

NICE is making preparation to construct its Head Quarter, which is a multi-story  building, at the heart of Addis Ababa City.

• Reports to CEO, oversees all project works and related activities, on behalf of NICE & serves as liaison between the contractor and project owner as well as between the consultant & the project owner(NICE).

Job Requirement

Education Background

• BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or Construction Management or other related fields.
• Work Experience :  At least 5 years work experience as Office Engineer possessing experience in Multi-story Building Construction/Construction Management/ Building project and minimum 2 years in Construction Administration & Supervisory position.
