Currently, we are seeking to hire a Project Manager Office with high level of research and consultancy experience and enthusiasm. General Duties and Responsibilities

  •  The primary objective of this position is to establish and run the PMO for Fronitieri Consult plc
  • Core to this function is the development and implementation of the strategy and planning process as well as cross-functional project management and reporting. Enables sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques for project success across the departments.
  • In this role, the successful candidate will be required to provide tangible, repeatable, long-term benefits to the business. Facilitate the development of corporate dashboards and reporting, execute cross-functional projects inclusive of project management documentation, facilitation, and training.
  •  Improve project structure, short term, and long term view. Build overall project high-level schedule framing agile methodology deployment. Set- up achievement measurements against project objectives, early warning to avoid project slippage (content, schedule, and cost)
  • Project monitoring and whole governance be set up and streamlined, combined waterfall (High-level steering ) and high-level agile methodology ( including necessary project reviews)
  • This position works across a wide variety of functional areas and teams including departmental leads, external advisors, consultants, vendors, and other third parties to ensure successful tracking reporting, reporting, and execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ensure the coordination with all projects stakeholders during the sprint phase (process/method and tools) specific focus on deployment plan to be performed by the company community ( road map/training/support to deployment/ measurements
  •  The successful candidate will have excellent business acumen, demonstrated strategy and critical thinking, project management, communication, and facilitation skills. Entrant has to be passionate, committed, have strong attention to detail while at the same time being coachable and open to new approaches to solutions. Should have a demonstrated track record of strategic and operational cross-functional projects.

Key responsibilities

In the frame of your role you will:

  • Strategy, planning, and PMO
  • Definition and management of annual strategic and operational planning process (aligned to budget)
  •  Set up project management structure
  • Maintenance of strategic dashboards and tracking of corporate-level Metrics (performance and risk)
  •  Development and execution of cross-functional project plans, tracking, and multi-year initiatives
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis of Executive team or department as required
  • Operational process improvement /cross-functional project Management
  •  Identification of opportunities for improvement in cross-functional process /operation i.e efficiencies, quality assurance, and control
  •  Streamline and automate processes and workflows
  •  Facilitate discussion to identify the root cause for points of pain and friction
  •  Ensure alignment across stakeholders
  • Create and deliver documentation and training materials
  •  Identify and develop project management methodology, best practices, and standards
  •  Follow up Study Team engagement and productivity
  • Bring your PM knowledge:
  •  Ensure necessary report to be defined
  •  Ensure all measurements means communication flow to be set –up to ensure project visibility at various levels of Frontieri
  • Implement project monitoring
  •  Maintain leasons learned
  •  Deploy project risk management guideline
  •  Other:
  • Coache, mentor, train and provide oversight for project managers and staff

Job Requirements

Required education:
  •  MBA in business administration from a recognized institution
  • PMPR Certification (preferred)

Knowledge, Skills, and experience:

  • Previous consulting or experience leading cross-functional projects teams and PMO
  • Project management experience leading multiple cross-functional projects
  •  Risk mitigation and management experience
  •  Significant vendor management experience
  • Facilitation experience
  • Business modeling experience
  •  IT knowledge
  •  Experience with PM Softwares
  •  Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and excel
  •  Experience leading the annual and strategic planning process
  •  Comprehensive organizational design experience (Non-technical skills required)
  •  Able to ramp up quickly; takes initiative and is a self-starter
  • Creative thinking, problem-solving, and decision making
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to easily toggle between big picture to detail
