Bright 7 Housing Cooperatives is seeking a Project Manager with strong leadership and project coordination skills to oversee 2B+G+13+T Mixed-Use Building construction projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in onsite managing housing construction projects, budgeting, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact between the client and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with design specifications and regulations.
• Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards.
• Oversee and manage housing construction projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate work with contractors, engineers, and suppliers.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical recommendations.
• Review and approve contractor submissions, including materials, shop drawings, and method statements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to the client.
• Ensure proper documentation and contract administration.
• Coordinate permits, approvals, and other processes with government offices.
• Identify and address risks and challenges to ensure timely project completion.\

Qualifications & Requirements:

• BA/BSc degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years in construction project management.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
• Familiarity with local building codes and international standards.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.
