The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple software development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project lifecycles, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership:

• Manage 2–4 medium-sized projects simultaneously, from planning to closure.
• Ensure clear project planning, execution, and tracking to meet deliverables and objectives.
• Monitor and manage project budgets for efficient resource use and financial alignment.

2. Team Collaboration:

• Facilitate effective teamwork within and across departments to keep projects on track.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Conduct Agile or Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

3. Stakeholder Engagement:

• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, risks, and milestones.
• Manage expectations and address concerns proactively.

4. Risk Management and Problem Solving:

• Identify risks and issues early and implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays.
• Manage changes to project scope or timeline while ensuring alignment with overall objectives.

5. Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report project KPIs, such as on-time delivery, budget adherence, and team productivity.
• Use appropriate tools to monitor progress and ensure project success.
