Job Summery

The Project Coordinator is responsible to working closely with the project stakeholders (Consultant, Contractor, Employer and Government offices). Coordinate the construction activity of Abay bank corporate office building at BahirDar. Review technical quality of work performed. Monitor budget and schedule management of the project. Identify quality problems where present. Oversee documentation and suggest that appropriate procedures are employed in project data documentation. Review project files and deliverables. Monitor health, safety & environment aspect of the project

Monitor project controlling documents, Work Plans, Sampling, Mock-ups, work methodology, shop drawings   and contract documents. Monitor technical reviewers with the project, if needed

Job Requirement

Educational Level and work Experience: BSc. Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction Technology & Management from a recognized university having at least 7 years of general experience in building projects and a specific experience of at least 5 years as a Project Coordinator or Resident Engineer in building projects
