Job Description

Vita an Irish charity has proven community-led approach to increase adoption of fuel-efficient cook stoves. This is in response to the urgent need for improved cooking solutions for people still lack access to clean, efficient, convenient, safe, reliable, and affordable cooking energy. There was a dramatic increase in the use of fuel-efficient cook stoves with several pilot project operational areas of SNNPR with the key results using improved stoves and completely moving away from the three-stone, open-fire cooking practice. This approach put the community at the center of the project and prompted people to come up with their own solutions to address the biggest issues affecting their lives.
