About the Role

The Go to Market Program Manager M&A is responsible for analysing and counselling the GTM strategy that could fit through acquisitions across all verticals.

The responsibilities include managing GTM integration initiatives and activities, improving integration velocity of acquired orgs they will support during 12 months, driving alignment between different teams as well as potential synergies.

The GTM Program manager M&A will be an integral part of the due diligence process we conduct with all potential acquisitions and will work closely with the corresponding roles in R&D and Product.

Key Position Responsibilities include:

  • Manage M&A management due diligence from a GTM point of view
  • Manage Program of Go to Market integration activities
  • Assigned Business partner / POC for acquired org for first 12 months
  • Improve integration velocity of acquired orgs
  • Lead all sales focused integration initiatives, driving alignment between organic and acquired team where required

Required experience and qualifications:

  • Experience as consultant or program manager within sales, marketing, business operations, biz dev or other GTM function
  • International experience
  • Speaking an additional European language is a plus
  • Experience with integration of merged or acquired companies a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills and stakeholder management
