JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualification: MPH//MSc/MBA/BSc in Social Science, Development or related field

Experience: 6 years of experience for Master’s degree holders and 8 years work experience for Bachelor degree in the area of her/his expertise work and health/HIV related activities.

Technical and Other Skill:

• Knowledge in basic computing, Skills in strategic planning and work plan development, Oral/written communication, interpersonal, organizational, supervisory, and presentational skills,
• Expert knowledge of program development, coordination, and project evaluation,
• Ability to contact and negotiate with representatives of governments and funding agencies,
• Ability to refine existing work plans, develop new plans as well as establish new program staff support,
• Ability to independently develop and implement the responsibilities stated in the job description,
• Skills in report writing
