Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

Planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and supervising the overall operation of the main part of the furniture in accordance with the organization’s production rules and regulations, the work orders and guidelines issued by the production and technical department on a regular basis, and professional ethics. Supervise the operation of production machinery and personnel following the production order and the production system of the enterprise and ensure that the production works are carried out within the stipulated time, ensure the safety of the workers and equipment in the main unit, ensure that the raw materials and equipment are delivered on time, monitor the quality of production. Regularly report class activities

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises the overall activities of the main body in accordance with the production rules and regulations of the enterprise, the directive issued by the production and technical department from time to time and the ethics of the profession.
Design the daily, weekly, quarterly and annual detailed production plans and programs of the main unit, taking into account the current activities, in accordance with the general production plan and work program submitted by the Department of Production and Technical. It also prepares the desired product on time and updates it as needed;
After receiving the production order from the Production and Technical Department and verifying its validity, it shall issue the production order to the relevant departments.
Supervise and ensure that the required raw materials and other equipment are available in accordance with the work order and the proposed production schedule;
Supervise and ensure the quality of the desired product during the production process;
To closely monitor and monitor the operation of production machines in accordance with the planned production capacity;
It shall compile a report on the daily consumption of raw materials, products obtained, type of machine and any problems encountered;
In the same way, it shall strengthen its daily, weekly and quarterly and quarterly and annual product report;
Eliminates barriers to production in the workplace. Or notify the concerned in a timely manner;
In the event of a mechanical problem during the manufacturing process, it shall be repaired by local technicians;
Supervise the proper and frugal use of raw materials and equipment;
Ensures that the product produced in the process is in accordance with the design that has been properly ordered;
Oversees the general activities and discipline of the staff of the main unit;
Connects and discusses the day-to-day production activities with the relevant business units;
Participate in the preparation of the annual budget and work plan of the enterprise and the design of the main budget and work schedule;
Encourage the staff in the main unit to improve their skills and motivate them by creating on-the-job training and a conducive work environment;
Ensures that the performance of the annual leave does not impede the program and production process;

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS

Education:

Bachelor or MSc degree in in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering Chemical Engineering and related filed
Full professional qualification is desirable.

Experience: 8 years of experience

Knowledge, Skills, Competence:

Good Decision Making and reasoning skill
Well organized work with deadlines
Problem Solving skill
Computer skill and associated Software, internet, printer and fax Equipment
