Job Summary:

• The jobholder is responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures Servers and Storage of the Bank.
• Serves as a technical expert in the area of storage and server administration for complex operating systems.
• Monitoring and administration of Power System, storage and physical and virtual server(LPARs) used by the bank.
• Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and storage.
• Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications.
• Identifies methods, solution s, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the Banks.

Job Requirement

Qualification & Experience:

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
• Plus, a minimum of eight (8) years in Server Administration and related areas is mandatory.
• Certification of open source operating system like Unix, AIX, Linux and Training on SAN management is an added advantage.
