Responsibilities

•  Principal Risk & Compliance Management Officer is responsible to review loss and risk trend (severity and frequency) & reviews relevant research output on the Bank’s process, product and services from risk angle.
• He/She also Identifies risks inherent in the Bank’s operational system and procedure. Identifies, analyzes and measures potential risks.
• Develops and updates inventory of rules, regulations, guidelines and practices.
• Identifies International, national laws and regulations that affects the operation of the Bank.
• Analyzes and estimates the consequences of non- compliance.
• Considers and identifies any uncertainties which lead to compliance.

Required Education & Experience:

MA/MBA/BA Degree Accounting, Economics, Management, Business Administration, or business related field of study with a minimum of 5/6 years work experience in risk/compliance management of which 1 year at Senior Officer Position.
