Requirements

Education:-Diploma or TVET Level IV in Plumbing/Masonry

Experience:-Minimum of 2 Years cognate experience.

Job Objective:

To install, repair and maintain water pipes and fixtures, waste disposal, and performs masonry works.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shall advice any issues concerning sanitary installations, sanitary fittings and alternative solutions
• Shall keep all sanitary drawings and specifications for all bank buildings
• Shall guide, coach and train junior plumbers/masons
• Conduct installation and maintenance of water line, building sanitary, sewerage systems and water pump.
• Undertake masonry, plastering and other building maintenance activities.
• Installs and repairs tiles.
• Estimates masonry jobs, prepare material requirement details and request/purchase building material.
• Assigns work to a helper or apprentice.
• Controls the work of other plumber/mason
• Reports the sanitary work done
• Perform other related duties given by the supervisor.
