Job Description


Job Summary

plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and controls personnel activities of the company.; carries out  implementation of staff recruitment, placement, training, orientation, development, and other personnel policies; Manage employee conduct and discipline. Maintains  up-to-date system of personnel record keeping

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan, organise, direct, co-ordinate control and review the personnel policy activities of the Company;;
  • ensures that TECHNOSTYLE’s HR strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines are implemented and regularly updated;
  • Ensures that policies, procedures and guidelines relating to personnel issues are well adhered to
  • Develops and regularly updates computerized database on human resources of the Company;
  • Maintains and update personnel data base, ledgers and prepare annual leave and sick leave reports regularly and ensures that annual leaves of all employees are programmed;
  • Ensure employees respect the company’s rules governing disciplinary measures and code of conduct
  • Completes all performance management activities including: performance planning, monitoring, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Ensures that the employee benefits are maintained according to the Company’s Human Resources Policy Manual and collective agreement
  • Handles employee grievances, disciplinary issues and other administrative problems according to the Policies and Procedures Manual ;
  • Co-ordinate and conduct periodic and comprehensive training need assessments to enhance the knowledge and skills of the staff
  • Prepare and submit performance reports regularly HR & Administration Manager;
  • Performs other duties assigned by the HR & Administration Manager

Job Requirement

EDUCATION:  BA Degree in Management/Public Administration or related

EXPERIENCE: 8 years; 4 of which in managerial and supervisory positions

OTHER SKILLS

  • Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and decision making skills;
  • Fluency in English language and written communication;
  • Sufficient knowledge in federal labor laws
  • Computer proficiency (word processing, spreadsheets and databases);
