Summary

As a Personal Assistant, you will provide administrative support to executives and handle various tasks to ensure smooth operations. This
includes managing schedules, organizing meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and maintaining confidential files and documents.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software and equipment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
  • Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
