Job Description


Place of Work: Addis Ababa

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION

  • Support the Design and establishment of employee Performance Management system framework for the bank;
  • Facilitate the line of sight; the objective setting process and the preparation of Operationalization document for all objectives across the departments & divisions;
  • Work with all Departments to set Goal & Targets;

JOB REQUIREMENT

Qualifications: BA in HRM, Management, Accounting, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Junior PMS & Succession area or related experience.
