About Job

We are very excited to invite qualified candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus for the position of Payroll Administrator. The job holder will be responsible for providing a full range of administrative payroll support services to the Remuneration and Reward Manager, HR Team, Line Leaders and Employees ensuring that the department provides a professional service. The position reports to the Remuneration and Reward Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Serves as the subject matter expert on Payroll related matters.
  • Oversees the management of the in house payroll function.
  • Ensures accuracy of Payroll submissions and reporting.
  • Supports the consolidation and management of Labour cost budgets in country.
  • Monitors, identifies and advises line on the impact of new legislation on payroll procedures whenever relevant.
  • Reviews and optimises system for effective handling and maintenance of payroll files and employee-related payroll data.
  • Ensures compilation and distribution of HR Employee Information to authorised recipients.
  • Optimises and implements salary administration processes for all legal entities.
  • Ensures provision of key HR Payroll support to relevant stakeholders.

Skills, Experience & Education

  • First Degree in Accounting/Accounting & Finance/Management or related field of study with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in Human Resource Management specifically payroll administration.
