Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements related to garment design and fit
  • Make patterns that are within the specifications
  • Modify patterns based on customer feedback as needed
  • Resolve pattern-related production issues as needed
  • Understand and live by the Company’s core values
  • Take accountability for growing and continuously improving oneself

Job Requirements

Education: First Degree in Fashion Design or Garment Engineering or any related field of study

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in pattern making on AccuMark.

Additional Requirements:

  • Computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel.
  • Pattern-making and garment construction technical expertise
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Has the drive to work as a team
  • Effective communication skill
  • Attention to details
