Job Requirements

Required qualification : Diploma in food preparation, pastry & bakery

Experience : More than 10 years’ experience of which at least three years’ experience as HOD in similar position in Four- or four-star hotel.

Human relations skill : Good human relation skill and ability to deal with people from diverse backgrounds and has proven people management skill.

Language proficiency

• Good command of spoken and written English is required.
• Knowledge of additional national and international languages is desirable.

Computer skills : Command of computer applications & working knowledge of PEDS software.

Industry knowledge :  Thorough knowledge of the hospitality industry and business.
