• Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outdoor or field based role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Goal oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent negotiation & and persuasion abilities
• Resilience & adaptability to changing circumstance
• Previous experience in outdoor sales or related field is preferred. However, candidates with passion for sales, a custom focused mindset and willingness to learn will also be considered.
