Job Description:

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented outdoor Sales Agents to join our team. As an Outdoor Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting the ChipChip platform, onboarding new customers, and ensuring repeat orders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a growing team and earn performance-based incentives.

Responsibilities:

– Actively seek out and onboard new customers for the ChipChip app.
– Educate customers on the benefits of group buying and how to use the platform.
– Assist group leaders in organizing and managing group orders.
– Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
– Achieve monthly sales targets and generate repeat business.
– Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve service.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to persuade and build rapport with customers.
– Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
– Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
– Familiarity with apps and e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

What We Offer:

– Base salary with a transportation allowance (4,000 ETB).

– A 4,500 ETB bonus for adding 100 new group leaders.
