What you will learn and contribute to

  • Maintain the high fault resolution & availability targets demanded by the business.
  • Pro-actively monitoring and maintaining the system(s) under your remit, resolving internal customer issues, as well as assisting in the delivery of upgrades to these systems to support the continuing network evolution.
  • OSS Administrator to provide management of OSS (Nokia NetAct) user accounts and the maintenance and upgrades of the OSS SW and associated networks,
  • End to end responsibility for the physical and logical security of the Network, OSS and Infrastructure in accordance with the Customer and NSN security policies

Your skills and experience

  • Candidate should have 5 years’ strong on hands Experience with NetAct, NOC management including Fault, Performance, Configuration, Change Management and OSS administration
  • Required Technical skills & completence specific to EMS , Back up and Restore
