Job Purpose

The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of all branches, ensuring efficiency, profitability, compliance, and excellent customer service. The role is critical in driving performance, optimizing processes, and ensuring smooth coordination across branches to achieve business objectives.

Basic Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations across all branches to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer focus.
  • Implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce operational inefficiencies.
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise, support, and coach branch managers to enhance performance.
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure branches meet sales targets, service standards, and performance indicators.
  • Monitor stock levels, ordering processes, and inventory management.
  • Track sales, profit margins, and cost controls at branch level.
  • Analyze financial and operational reports to identify improvement areas.
  • Ensure loss prevention measures are implemented and followed.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across branches.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction assessments regularly.
  • Coordinate with procurement and logistics for timely supply of goods.
  • Ensure stock rotation, freshness, and minimization of wastage.
  • Oversee promotional activities, seasonal planning, and stock forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Conduct regular branch audits to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
About You

Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in retail operations management.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and financial controls.
  • Strategic thinking with proven operational execution ability.
  • Ability to manage multiple locations effectively.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
