Job Summary

Operation Manager responsible for the overall execution and accountability of the daily operations of the sales, leasing, and property management operations division. He/she should have an excellent level of commercial awareness, who can build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers. Highlighted short/medium/long-term issues to the Property Manger to help formulate solutions. The Operations Manager is also required to assist in the preparation of the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. Moreover, the operation manager is responsible to maintain flawless service standards through daily checklist, follow-up the execution of SOP, daily briefing, staff development, facilitating prompt logistic & Purchase decisions, facilitating preventive maintenance works and professional complaint headlining techniques.

Job Requirement

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 to 4 years’ work experience in a 3 to 5 Star Property as a Deputy Manager, Asst. Operations Manager or Property Manager in similar position in property management company as operation manager.
• Computer Knowledge, MS office. Experience in Property Management Software’s, Revenue Management Systems desired.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
