About the Job

Functional

Support in coordination of the planning/budgeting and resource allocation process
Cost/expenses/efficiency management (by company, function and sub-function)
Support in P&L analysis/management (P&L by function vs. budget and trend)
Process improvement and internal audit
Assist in coordinating corporate, board and other periodic management reports
Grant/Donation Accounting and Reporting

Business Partnering

Support BC in operational business partnering
Bridge core functions and support functions with accounting and reporting team and rest of finance team
Support program team in process improvement and Financial Management
Support in trade terms management
