Job Description


Afra is a company that is mainly focusing to implement an efficient distribution channel in the B2B as well as B2C market.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assisting the Manager with operational issues.
  • Scheduling meetings and team-building sessions as required.
  • Promptly answering the questions of staff and other stakeholders.
  • Preparing and filing forms and other documents.
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining relationships with vendors.
  • Taking inventory and ordering office supplies as needed.
  • Updating logs and order forms.
  • Analyzing all operations and forwarding suggestions for improvement to the Manager.
  • Responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures within the office
  • Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
  • Liaise with different departments to improve performance and work efficiency
  • Attending to any correspondence and emails by customers, clients, and contractors

Job Requirement

Education Level: Degree

Type: BA in Business Management/ purchasing and supplies management or related field of studies from a recognized college/University.

Experience :  Minimum of 3 years of proven experience preferably in distributor business areas.

Knowledge, skill, and ability

  • Experience in a business work environment preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • An eye for attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills to sift through high volumes of data and information
